Jerry Bice II brings more than 16 years of residential and commercial real estate experience. Previously serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Legacy Properties Inc. from 2004 through 2019, his responsibilities have included acquisitions, finance, forecasting, investor relations, legal, human resources, asset management, and strategic planning. By implementing a vertical integration strategy over a five year period, gross receipts increased by 224% while total income increased by 309% in order to further the company’s market advantage, competitive advantage, and increasing market share.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate from San Diego State University and continues education through the University of California, San Diego. Jerry is credentialed and licensed by national industry organizations such as the California Department of Real Estate (DRE Brokers License Number 01513709), Department of Consumer Affairs California Contractors State License Board (Contractor’s License Number 1068676), Community Association Institute (CMCA, AMS).
